The Tottenham Hale-based business, which is ISO 14001 & ISO 9001 accredited, has replaced a 10-year-old processor with the new Fujifilm machine.
Kevin Whitlock, reprographics manager at the business, said: "Being an environmentally conscious print service provider is very important to us and many of our clients.
"We only supply low-alcohol print, use vegetable-based inks and for nine years have had our waste removed by a certified waste management company".
The ZAC processor has been installed in the company's pre-press department, which images plates for the printer's brace of Heidelberg SM74 presses using a Screen platesetter.
According to Whitlock, chemistry usage has been cut 75% since the installation while waste levels have also dropped dramtically.
"The environment is a top priority when looking to invest, so we consulted several suppliers when we made the decision to upgrade. Fujifilm came out on top with its range of low-chemistry solutions and quality technology," he added.
