The Welsh firm, whose customers include wedding specialist Confetti, opted for the Fujifilm Sericol Acuity Advance to meet its need for a machine to print onto unusual substrates.
"Customers were requesting unique jobs, added to the growing demand for one-offs such as themed table plans and we knew there must be a technology to meet these requirements," said managing director Paolo Scaglioni.
The ability to print white ink set the machine apart from rivals and the company sent samples of black stock to be printed with white to Fuji as part of its selection process.
"We were very impressed with the results," said Scaglioni.
Investing in the 3.05x2.5m flatbed UV machine, which can handle substrates up to 48mm thick has enables the firm to offer a much quicker turnaround on work that previously had to be silk screened.
