The group, which is based in Staffordshire, has now brought some of its corrugated sheet board manufacturing in-house with the acquisition from Jardin Corrugated Cases.
According to Weedon, the deal also gives the group a springboard into the north of England with Rowpak's Manchester ;ocation.
John Weedon, managing director of the Weedon Holdings Group has also taken on the role of managing director at Weedon Corrugated Products, the new name of Rowpak.
He said: "This is a win-win situation for Rowpak and Weedon Holdings. We have been able to save the jobs of almost all the existing employees.
"Weedon Corrugated Products customers will continue to experience all that was good in their dealings with Rowpak, with the added benefits available through Weedon PSC and i2i europe."
Weedon, which was established in 1987, has a customer base that includes Asda, Black & Decker, Kellogg's and Tesco.
According to Weedon, its client base can now draw on a wider range of facilities and resources.
"For example, we can bring added value to their businesses, particularly with our retailer expertise and through innovative design solutions," he added.
