Newsprinters, the newspaper manufacturing subsidiary of News International, has promoted Allan Wain to
group manufacturing director. Wain was previously manufacturing director (north), looking after the Knowsley and Eurocentral sites, he will now also take on the Broxbourne site. He will be responsible for ensuring best practice and continuous improvement at all sites.
