Glyn Evans has been appointed European director of services and support to oversee the initiatives. He was previously in the same role at HP Indigo.

We are thrilled to have Glyn in our team. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the role, said Vutek European managing director Hans Klarenbeek.

Vutek said service and support are becoming more important to the firm as printers, without in-house digital expertise, add wide-format printing and require more support from the manufacturer.

Evans has appointed a customer installation co-ordinator to oversee the planning of delivery and installation of equipment.
