The company uses a number of digital printers to produce between 250,000 to 300,000 mailing packs each year for Virgin Holidays, as well as running data capture for brochure requests from a number of channels.
Recipients that don't respond to the brochure after a set time period are also sent a personalised postcard featuring images from the requested brochure and a special offer.
Virgin also uses West Sussex-based Nova Direct Mail for its Travel City Direct and Hip Hotels brands, as well as for joint campaigns with Virgin Wines and Virgin Active.
Ed Worthington, Virgin Holidays procurement and supply chain manager, said: "We have partnered with Nova for two years now and their level of services has been exceptional.
"These are exciting times for Virgin Holidays at a time when we really rely on the strength of our partners to ensure we capitalise on every opportunity."
Nova Direct Mail sales director Andy Dagger said that while brochure volumes have seen a "slight dip", printed brochures were "still a given".
"[Customers] like the look and feel of a brochure," he said.
The £3.5m-turnover company employs 25 full-time staff, in addition to temporary and remote staff for seasonal spikes.
The value of the contract was not disclosed.
