Vertis checks DM effect with Dutch partner

Vertis has teamed up with a Dutch software company to offer a service to quiz customers on their experiences of DM campaigns.

Its London-based Marketing Technology division has implemented Tevreden's Evaluation product, which can create, manage and analyse customer feedback. Questionnaires can be sent out via e-mail or printed.

"This new product reinforces our existing areas of expertise in managing client data and targeting. Clients will now have the ability to gauge and analyse customers' satisfaction and then overlay that information with existing models," said Vertis Marketing Technology general manager Ruaraidh Thomas.

The division offers marketing technology to campaigns and is integrated with other areas of Vertis. The group's direct mail services include print, and it has two sites in Leicester and one in Croydon.
