For the last two and a half years, Thomas has been sales director of Vertis Direct Marketing Services in Leicester, which appointed former K2 sales and marketing director Richard Husband as managing director in July (PrintWeek, 31 July).
Vertis Marketing Technology offers marketing technology, such as SMS and e-mail, to its clients campaigns, and Thomas will develop its integration with the other divisions of Vertis.
The division also offers in-depth data analysis working with marketing and transactional databases.
