Traders plants safe in GMG buy
Guardian Media Groups planned acquisition of the whole of Trader Media Group will not lead to changes at Traders print plants, Apple Web Offset, Acorn Web Offset and Wiltshire.
GMG already owned 48% of Trader and is buying another 46.8% from BC Partners and the rest from Traders management. The deal values Trader at 1.14bn.
