The company claims that TPT Twist XL, which is specifically geared towards large-format print applications, is the fastest pre-press production workflow software available.
It can handle files of up to nine terabytes the equivalent of a 300dpi image at 800x800m.
Instead of manually creating multiple-section files to be checked and processed individually, Twist XL handles each job as a single file, which is expanded to the finished size only at the time of output. TPT said the RIP is fast and the files can be opened and edited at high resolution.
Twist XL uses Dalim Software's production workflow software Dalim Twist, as well as PDF and Postscript editing tools.
Web-based Dalim Twist has JDF-driven preflighting, colour management and imposition, and is compatible with 30 types of file.
TPT managing director Steve Emerson said the advent of Twist meant the pre-press department would no longer be "a bottleneck" within the large-format production process.
"The large-format market is one of the fastest-growing print sectors in the UK and printers are looking to automate the manufacturing process as much as possible," he said.
TPT is also launching a management web portal that integrates with digital asset management system TPT Union.
TPT Union provides tools for online artwork creation, soft proofing, ordering and job tracking. Its Digital Lightbox feature lets multiple users access the same images.
