Two senior managers at Impact Litho have left the firm after an operational review by parent group Wyndeham.
Former Duncan Web Offset managing director Peter Gubb (pictured) was recruited as a consultant by Wyndeham chief executive Bryan Bedson to assess the firm's operations. The results of his review have led to the immediate departures of joint managing director Mike Chelton and works director Paul Banks.
The firm's other joint managing director, John Crouch, remains in his role.
Bedson said the review followed "underperformance" at Impact.
The Basingstoke-based firm specialises in printing magazine covers. Earlier this year it installed a 3m 12pp Heidelberg PrintStream 100L web and an Agfa Galileo CTP system (PrintWeek, 27 April).
