The 16-year-old display graphics firm has boosted its productivity with the new machine, which can output up to 16sqm an hour.
TJ's Visual Solutions managing director Tony Jenner said the 14-staff printer initially chose the Océ model "based on its ability to print high-quality images direct to substrates".
He added: "However, to our delight, the printer is also exceeding our expectations in other areas."
Jenner said the 250 GT also prints directly to substrate at a lower cost per metre, which has enabled the firm to compete for business more effectively, targeting customers and markets that were previously out of reach.
The Océ Arizona 250 GT is a flatbed and roll-to-roll UV press that can print onto media up to 1.2m wide and 48mm thick.
It is designed for the production of display graphics, such as point-of-purchase displays, limited-term signage, banners, event graphics, backlit and reflective rigid displays.
TJ's Visual Solutions is based in Brighton and produces vehicle livery and wraps.
