Under the strategic partnership, Fujifilm will market an ‘original equipment manufacturer’ version of the Arizona, which was officially launched at the Océ Open House last month. The contract covers the next three years and enhances Fujifilm’s position in the screenprinting market, as well as Océ’s presence in the sign sector.
The Arizona 250 GT is a flatbed and roll-to-roll UV machine and can print onto media up to 1.2m wide.
Meanwhile, Océ has posted its results for the first quarter of 2007. Its total revenues dipped by 3.3% to £493.4m (€729.2m), but net income improved by 2.7% to £8.2m.
