The Padstow book printer was crowned UK Company of the Year at the London Marriott hotel on 15 September in front of a 350-strong audience.
Wakefield retail print specialist bezier also had a successful night landing two prizes: HR Best Practice and eBusiness.
The other prizes went to Southernprint (Safety), Field Boxmore Healthcare Packaging Leicester (Environment), Buckingham Colour Group (Marketing Excellence), Abbott Colour Technology (Best Use of Digital Print), Tinsley Robor Labels (Turnaround), and Cambridge University Press (Employers Award).
Paul Brice of Fisherprint and Marc Comerford of Avalon Print won individual awards.
Former England cricketer and TV presenter David Gower hosted the event. And St Ives founder Lord Gavron delivered a keynote speech. Work should be fun and people should look forward to coming to work. They should understand what's expected of them and be proud of their company, he said.
