Polestar printed a total of 1.6m of the two 52-page booklets, which featured a matt UV cover and were polybagged with the magazines to go in the two weekend editions of the Telegraph.
Meanwhile, Mastercolour has printed 40,000 copies of each of the five six-page, double-laminated cards, which will be given away across each daily edition of the newspaper from 6-10 February.
Stav Athanasiou, head of operations at Telegraph Media Group, said: "We do pride ourselves on quality and both jobs were very high specification. We're extremely pleased with the outcome - the recipe cards look good enough to eat!"
The booklets used 65gsm Solaris for the text section and had a 150gsm cover, while the cards were printed on 300gsm board and were roll folded.
