The Wiltshire firm announced a 1.5m investment in B1 10-colour Komori perfecting press in May this year, shortly after a management buy-out, led by managing director Ian O'Connor.
O'Connor said the MBO had triggered a new impetus, with the board now looking to substantially expand the business in the near future.
The new head office will be built alongside the firm's current print shop and warehouse at Melksham, Wiltshire, and is hoped to be fully operational by the end of 2006.
The 7m turnover group employs 110 staff, and its clients include Premier Retail Group, Molton Brown, National Trust and English Heritage.
