Stringer, who founded and ran UK wide-format print producer and equipment and consumables supplier B&P Lightbrigade, will be responsible for expanding the EskoArtwork's sign and display business by identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with other vendors and supporting its network of 30 offices around the world.
"The company's software is already a must-have for packaging and commercial printers," said Stringer. "We anticipate that it will soon have the same status in the sign and display market.
"It has superb products and there is a desire for digital printers to get into workflow, but many don't currently understand what that means."
Two of his tasks will be to develop relationships with printer hardware vendors on a country and international level and to look at OEM deals that EskoArtwork could do to expand its product range and embed its technology in partners' products.
