Matthew Armitage, who is 38, will join the firm in September from Tequila London, a below-the-line marketing agency that is part of the global Omnicom advertising group.
Armitage has spent five years as financial director at Tequila, and has experience in the telecoms, technology and fast-moving consumer goods industries, including 10 years at Unilever.
