A team of engineers, sales and applications experts have been set up in state-of-the-art demo-suites in the USA, Brussels and Israel to support the work.
Jean-Marc Blum, previously corporate vice president of marketing, has been appointed corporate vice president of strategic business for packaging and textiles.
In Scitex Vision Europe, Ronen Zioni has been appointed European sales director for packaging and displays, while for Scitex Vision Asia Pacific, Martin Wong has been appointed packaging marketing director.
Scitex Vision is tackling the packaging market with a range of products it claims are unique in the marketplace.
It has the CORJet press, an industrial digital printing press for short run packaging and POP displays; the VEE flatbed printer for UV printing on rigid substrates; and the Superjet roll-to-roll wide format machine.
The company has more than 1,300 digital presses installed in more than 54 countries with an established infrastructure of demo suites, logistics facilities and after sales support.
