The guide covers topics from identifying new opportunities, such as reopening packs for your customers, building profitable pricing structures, implementing new sales strategies, prospecting dos and don'ts and marketing top tips to raise the profile of your business.

The 18pp guide, which is free to all and requires no registration to download, is one of a number of resources the trade supplier has made available to support the sector on its Business Support section of its website.

“If there is something else that we could be doing to make things easier for print buyers, we want to hear about it. After all, client feedback is the best way we can learn how to improve our service,” added Round.
