The London-based company has gone through a series of upgrades in order to gain the accreditation, which it believes less than 1% of UK business has, including installing key fob access to its premises and upgrading its IT systems.
According to sales and marketing director Mark Calladine, the accreditation demonstrates Romax's continued commitment to promoting data security.
He said: "Data management is an area of our business that continues to grow and security of that data is paramount to both our clients and our business. Having the accreditation will further endorse our current credentials and will allow us to secure additional contracts in both the transactional and public sector markets."
Romax, which will celebrate its 15th year in 2012, offers direct marketing services including design, data management, variable data printing and mailing.
