The Dublin-based company will supply Roland DG equipment in addition to digital print media, display products and fittings.
According to Leo Maher, managing director of Sign and Digital, its premium partner status is good news for those involved in display production in Ireland.
"New and existing customers alike can now source the latest Roland technologies, including its print-and-cut and metallic ink expertise, from an innovative specialist with a very experienced team on both the sales and support sides," he said.
In addition, former Roland DG business development manager Albert Quealy will head up Sign and Digital's hardware division after moving across from Roland DG.
Commenting on the deal, Roland DG sales manager John Parle said the partnership would "secure the continued success of the Roland brand in Ireland".
