Robert Williams meeting to vote on entering CVA

Robert Williams Embossers and Coaters has called a meeting to vote on a proposal to enter into a Creditors Voluntary Agreement (CVA), which will be held on 21 December.

The director of the Tilbury-based firm is listed as Joanna Stapleton.

One employee of the firm is Conrad Stapleton, who was declared bankrupt in March last year, and has held directorships at DEC Litho, BPL (Sutton), Viva Foil Paper Products and Card Impressions.

In May last year he asked his creditors to accept an individual voluntary arrangement (PrintWeek, 9 May 2003). At the time a statement of his affairs showed Stapleton owed 83,670 to secured and 814,000 to unsecured creditors.

Companies House records show that Joanna Stapleton is also a director of RWE Coaters, which was incorporated on 13 July this year.

Robert Williams Embossers & Coaters' company secretary Anne Ringrose is also listed as a director of RWE.
