The 73 employees that remain at The Rival Envelope Company are to be made redundant after administrative receiver PKF could not find a buyer.
It is now looking to sell the plant machinery. PKF was appointed after the firms major paper supplier withdrew credit terms.
Before that, Rival had agreed a CVA that would have seen it repay a third of its 6m debt over five years.
