Alpha Digital, the company resurrected from Traxdata Wales, has been placed into administrative receivership with David Rubin & Co.
The company was formed in June after directors Graham Dent, Christopher Dunn and Gerald Cutts bought the assets of Glamorgan-based Traxdata Wales after less than a week of administration.
A spokeswoman for David Rubin & Co confirmed that Paul Appleton had been appointed as joint administrative receiver, but was unable to give further details as PrintWeek went to press.
Creditors of Traxdata Wales, which was formed in 1998 after the merger of South Wales printer Three Arch Press and Traxdatas graphic division, expressed their incredulity at the firms rebirth as Alpha Digital (PrintWeek, 22 June).
