The £1.2m-turnover firm, which produces a range of commercial print, has experienced a growth in demand following the recent investment in a four-colour Ryobi 524 press.
Printforms production director Paul Chapman said the new twin-tower Horizon SPF-200Ajdf VAC-Turbo PowerCollator has increased the printer's output following the in-house move.
He said: "We are making greater savings along with increased work output. We are totally in control now".
Chapman added the 12-year-old firm has a client "that requires 30 to 40 different types of books and we can produce all of these on the SPF-200Ajdf. Before, we had to put it all out".
The Horizon Power Collator can produce up to 4,000bph, features a 200 on-board job memory and is JDF-compatible.
