“We want our customers to know they can easily speak to someone. For us the industry is about people and we want to make it people-oriented again.
“We want customers to feel nurtured so that we can offer them their print requirements, but also support them as they look at what else they can do to make themselves stand out.”
The business, which specialises in short to medium-length runs of fast-turnaround work, also operates a five-colour Heidelberg SM 74 and a Xerox J75 digital colour press as well as a Heidelberg Cylinder, a guillotine, a thermal laminator, a number of folders and processless CTP.
Green said: “We wanted to bring in all our booklet production to eliminate the time and outsourcing costs whilst ensuring we are able to be as flexible as possible.
“We are all about value for money and operate firmly by the Ronseal approach – we do exactly what we say we do. The Horizon SPF/FC-200A certainly offers that. It is robust, easy to operate, reliable, affordable and consistent. We expect ROI in less than three years.”
