Print UK 2001 launched this week and will take the theme "from desktop to delivery".
"Virtually every piece of communication, whether it is to be printed or sent electronically, starts life on the desktop," said organiser Gary Swinford. "We are conscious that a national print show should cover the whole process."
He is hoping to attract more software and workflow firms as well as more of the major press manufacturers.
"I would like to see more press vendors and the signs are that they will be there," he said. "We have a lot of support from the industry."
Agfa, Canon, Heidelberg and Litho Supplies have already committed to the show, said Swinford.
Print UK's move to Olympia from Earls Court 2 is expected to make it feel more vibrant and allow room for expansion.
Swinford is confident of a busier show than last year and doesn't expect to see any negative effect on bookings from NorthPrint, which takes place in April.
PrintWeek is again media partner for the show and will be putting the "desktop to delivery" theme into practice by producing the Print UK Daily live on site.
"Signing up with PrintWeek is a very positive move," said Swinford.
Print UK 2001 takes place from 18-20 September.
