Blackfriars Crown Court heard how the three men had 75 memberships to the football team's Legends Executive Club worth 500,000, allegedly paid for by HIB.
It is also claimed that Lovat and Riddle were paid 1m, authorised by Crow, for work that was never carried out, as well as conning a 558,000 Heidelberg Speedmaster from the bank.
However, Frances Hamilton, Lovat's defence, stated that all invoices between 1993 and 1995 had been audited and checked by accounts, without query.
The 1m worth of work Grangewood had done was not as "unusual and inexplicable" as had been put forward by the prosecution, and costs would often spiral out of control when working for the bank, she claimed.
The defence also said the case rested on the evidence of four HIB chiefs who are alleged to have obtained 30m from the bank prior to its liquidation in 1995.
Lovat was a principal shareholder of Grangewood (Sales & Marketing), which was dissolved in March 2001.
Riddle is currently a director of Grangewood Press, which has the same phone number as E9-based Grangewood Printers and Grangewood (The Total Print Solutions).
