Print finishing veteran retires from Kolbus

Print veteran Alf Hall has announced his retirement from finishing manufacturer Kolbus UK.

Hall worked for Kolbus for more than five years, but joined the company when it took over the Aster Sewing agency – a business he had been part of since the early 1970s.

Since joining Kolbus, Hall has covered the south of England for the full Kolbus range of equipment, as well as working in a national advisory role for Aster equipment.

According to Kolbus, he has opened up new markets for the company and expanded its customer base.

Hall will wind down his work at the end of the year.
