It has installed a Duetto bookletmaking system, incorporating a DC-10/60 collator, DSF-2000 sheet feeder and a Duplo DC-615 slitter, cutter and creaser.

Duplo, alongside other print manufacturers including Canon, Xerox and Agfa, has sponsored the college for the past five years.

Laura Wade, business delivery manager for the college’s print department said: "Without this kind of support, we would not be able to offer such valuable learning experiences for the print professionals of tomorrow."

As well as allowing students to get to grips with industry-standard kit, Duplo also plans to use the facility as a demonstration and training site.
