A spokeswoman for Polestar said: "At the moment, Polestar Chromoworks has four presses that work a quad shift.
"The company is now turning this into a treble shift and as a result it has had to enter into consultation with up to 15 staff."
No further information was available and it was not known when the consultation process would be concluded.
Polestar Chromoworks's client list includes names within the mail order, retail and leisure sectors, including Tesco, Argos and Littlewoods.
The news comes just days after the company announced it was to begin a consultation with 52 staff at its Leeds-based Petty site following the decommissioning of two presses.
