The event, held biennially in Lucerne, Switzerland, is used as a showcase for digital finishing kit by a number of leading manufacturers.
Pitney Bowes, which announced an OEM deal with manufacturer CMC at the last event in 2009, said its highlight would be the Intellijet 20, which was launched at Ipex 2010.
The machine will be the centrepiece of a "white paper factory environment", which the company said would show customers how plain white paper and envelopes can be used as the basis for the printing and mailing of cost-effective customer communications.
Ronald van Hees, European marketing director at Pitney Bowes, said: "The white paper factory solution is accessible to operations of all sizes as every customer can benefit from the resulting cost savings and increased efficiency.
"One of the major advantages of the solution is that elements can be introduced gradually, and a complete overhaul of customer operations is not necessary."
The event takes place from 14-17 February 2011.
