Arthur Andersen is in the process of being appointed as administrative receiver to Photobition
A spokeswoman for Arthur Andersen had earlier said that the firm had no knowledge of the appointment or that Arthur Andersens David Duggins was to oversee the handling of the companys affairs.
But the appointment is now imminent and a full statement will be issued later today.
A statement issued by Photobition said it had appointed administrative receivers after its lenders declined to provide the working capital the company needed to continue trading.
