The ISO covers all four of the print and document management supplier's sites in the UK, which include facilities in Sunderland and Bradford.

Dave Alexander, technical manager at Paragon, said the accreditation supported Paragon's "commitment to continuous improvement across all areas of the business".

He added: "We place great significance on our green credentials and will continue to work hard to reduce our environmental impact and the practices employed by our suppliers."

The group has also been awarded the OHSAS 18001 health and safety certification, which provides guidelines to safe and healthy working practices.

Paragon employs 1,250 people across Europe, operating from 17 technical and service based sites in nine countries.
