"It's all about accuracy and improving throughput and the Bobst met all our requirements," said managing director Hugh Jarvis.

The SPanthera, which boasts ORSIS dynamic register control, will be used to boost efficiency within the company's packaging operation and also across its greetings cards and general commercial work.

The SPanthera 106 LE will be one of the stars at Bobst's Autumn open house, which will focus on the challenges of converting plastic substrates.

Other equipment on show will be the SPeria 106 E die-cutter, Alpina and Mistral gluers, and the Fuego folder gluer, which will make its UK debut at the 23-24 November event at the firm's Redditch HQ.
