The Derbyshire-based company has shipped a nine-station Muller Martini Prima saddlestitcher to Columbian newspaper printer Grupo Op Graficas SA.
Steve Nyland, managing director at Nyland, said: "The Prima is so highly specified that it will significantly increase saddlestitching facilities at Grupo Op Graficas.
"In addition to sophisticated air and suction controls, the latest line has six stitching heads, a cover feeder, counter stacking facilities, the ability to cut work printed two-up and a top speed of 14,000cph."
The Columbian order follows a fruitful phase for the family-owned business, which has recently placed orders with companies in Korea, Poland and Russia.
Nyland added: "Until four years ago about 60% of our work came from the UK but today around 70% of our equipment is sold outside of the UK, while we now source pre-owned machinery from as far away as Australia to America.
"This partly reflects changes in the UK market but is also the result of a concerted effort by us to promote our services in other countries."
