NGS Print Finishers filed a notice of intent to appoint an administrator on 17 February 2011, but almost a month on there has been no confirmation of the administration on the London Gazette or at Companies House.
However, PrintWeek has since received an email from NGS Print Finishers managing director Neil Sharp, who signs off as managing director at NGS Finishing Solutions.
The email lists the company's website as www.ngsfs.co.uk, although at this time the website does not appear to be active, while the signature details NGS Finishing Solutions Limited of Units 8 & 9 Perivale Park.
NGS Print Finishers premises are listed at units 7-10 Perivale Park. Additionally the contact phone numbers listed on the ngsprintfinishers.com website and the email from Sharp at NGS Finishing Solutions are identical.
NGS Finishing Solutions is a new company, created 11 February 2011, with Neil Sharp as the sole director. An N G Sharp is the only shareholder.
When questioned on the status of NGS Print Finishers and NGS Finishing Solutions, Sharp replied: "No comment".
Previously he had told PrintWeek that insolvency practitioner Moore Stephens had told him not to comment. However, nobody has responded to confirm the identity of any administrator appointed, or to requests for further information.
