The directors of the company filed a notice of intention to appoint an administrator on 17 February 2011.

When PrintWeek contacted NGS director Neil Sharp he said: "Moore Stephens have told me to say no comment."

Moore Stephens had not returned calls at the time of writing.

A new company, N G S Finishing Solutions was formed on 11 February 2011. An N G Sharp was appointed as the sole shareholder on 15 February 2011.

According to its website, NGS has been established for more than 15 years and is one of the largest specialist print finishers in the south-east of England. It states that the company employs more than 60 staff.
