To be launched in August, the magazine, alike its counterpart Popular Science (US) will furnish science and technology news for the Indian audience.
H S Billimoria, publisher, Next Gen Publishing said: "With the imminent launch of Popular Science in August, we will have nine magazine titles published at Next Gen Publishing. Smart Photography, Car India, Bike India, Commercial Vehicle, Computer Active, The Ideal Home & Garden, Mother & Baby and Power Watch India are our existing titles. Popular Science India, along with our other magazines are printed at Kala Jyothi Process in Hyderabad."
Girish Mallya, editor for Popular Science India said: "Popular Science (US) is currently the largest selling science and technology magazine in the world. We are anticipating a huge response for its Indian edition. The launch issue print run of the magazine is 75,000 copies and subject to the enquiries and demands from the readers, the subscription offer has been made available online. Like our other titles, the digtal version of Popular Science India will be available on Zinio."
