What’s at the top of your Christmas wish list this year?
A relaxing and a restful Christmas with few e-mails.

The death of the high street and the continued rise from strength to strength of online.
What do you think will represent the single biggest opportunity for printers in 2019 and why?
Uncertainty and the pressures of a disorderly Brexit could strangely provide opportunities for companies to expand and grow when others fall victim to their own inherent weaknesses.
What do you think will represent the single biggest threat for printers in 2019 and why?
Brexit. Business hates uncertainty and our politicians are determined to give us bucketloads of it.
What’s the one thing that the industry should do more of, or do better, in 2019?
Invest for the future. The new investment allowances limits announced in the budget will only last for two years, so plan carefully before it disappears.

Winning SME of the Year at the PrintWeek Awards.

I am not sure you can really print what I would like to say.
What was the best piece of advice you have ever been given?
You are dead a long time so make the most of your time on this planet and enjoy it.
What if anything will you do differently in 2019?
Less is more. Don’t over-manage and let my team take more of the load.
What’s your favourite Christmas cracker joke?
Why did Santa’s helper see the doctor? Because he had low elf esteem!
What was the best Christmas present you ever received?
An Action Man when I was three.
Are you making any New Year's resolutions? If so, what?
Spend more time at work and take less holidays... Only joking!
