Worth £270,000, the contract will close on 12 October 2023 at 12pm. It will then start on 2 January 2024 and end on 1 November 2026.

Meanwhile, Hull City Council is seeking tenders from interested organisations to supply the printing of electoral services.
This includes the annual canvass forms for the register of electors (and other registration related jobs such as postal vote application forms and renewals) and all personalised election stationery, including poll cards, postal poll cards, ballot papers, and postal vote packs.
The tender is an open procedure consisting of a one stage process. Closing at 12pm on 27 October 2023, the contract is anticipated to commence on 12 December 2023 and end by 11 December 2025 with an option to extend for a period of one year plus one year.
The authority has estimated the value of the services to be £80,000 per annum, with £160,000 therefore stated on the notice for the initial two-year period.
More information on how to apply, and contact details for the buyer, are once again available on the Contracts Finder service.
Finally, The Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe Party (ALDE Party) has posted on its site that it is seeking to award a framework supply contract for the provision of high-quality printing services of ALDE publications.
The ALDE Party is the third largest European political family, bringing together parties with common liberal, democrat, and reform ideas from more than 30 European countries.
The Brussels-based ALDE Party Secretariat supports the activities of the Party; organises its meetings; manages its external communication; and facilitates European policy development and networking amongst liberal parties.
To support its growing activities, it is now seeking a provider for services including bulk printing, operational print (including brochures, leaflets, flyers, magazines, and books), secure print services and secure print items, digital solutions and other methods of print output/delivery, and finishing services (including binding, stamping, embossing or laminating).
The technical requirements for the print jobs and other information is available on the ALDE Party website but it stressed that prints should be delivered within a maximum of five to six business days and the provider should be able to deliver to the Party’s office in Brussels or in the Schengen area.
The Party is interested in a long-term working relationship and will offer a five-year framework agreement.
No estimated value is stated but suppliers are requested to submit their profiles along with their respective quotes and samples by 10 November 2023 to the email address given on the site. Quotes should be given in Euros, exclusive of VAT, and need to provide a price per type of publication for 500 copies, 1,000 copies, and per 100 copies more for brochures, leaflets, flyers, magazines, and books.
