First up is a framework for the supply of ESPO’s internal printing requirements including catalogues and other print such as leaflets, marketing materials, and exhibition printing, for delivery to the ESPO Distribution Centre in Leicester “or other nominated mailing house”.
The three lots include large ESPO catalogues, small ESPO catalogues, and the printing of leaflets, marketing and exhibition materials, including express printing.
ESPO is one of the largest public sector owned professional buying organisations.
Closing on 14 August 2023 at 12pm, the contract will start on 1 October 2023 and end on 30 September 2024. The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 36 months. The total estimated value stated of £1.44m includes the option period.

Meanwhile, the British Library is looking to secure a print company (or companies) to manage all print requirements from receipt of files to delivery, storage, and distribution. Lots include a direct mail service, and installation.
Closing on 18 August 2023 at 12pm, this contract is worth £450,000. It starts on 1 January 2024 and ends on 31 December 2029.
Finally, Westward Housing Group is looking to appoint a supplier to carry out design and print work. This will include digital design, design skills including gifs, complex bulk mailshots, and occasional print such as letterheads.
“We are seeking value for money, attentive and customer-focused service, an understanding of our audiences and strong in-house designers,” the company stated.
Worth £200,000, the contract will close on 11 August 2023 at 12pm. It will then start on 31 August 2023 and end on 29 September 2028.
