Kent-based printer Multiplex Techniques is under new ownership after being bought as a going concern from administrative receiver PKF.
The new owners, brothers Myles and Ross Bunyard, are from a financial accounting background, but have interests in a label printing operation and SFV, a company that produces CDs and DVDs.
"All our clients have remained loyal while we have gone through this difficult period, which has enabled us to carry on," said senior executive customer services Robert Marshall.
"The company will be looking to make more of an impact in the commercial printing sector," added Marshall.
Multiplex plans to extend its products and services and increase staffing levels in the near future.
