The magazine will be launched on 18 March and will have a print run of 120,000.
The 228pp title is published by Brooklands Group and joins the companys other publications including Everything France, Everything Spain and Perfect Home.
All of its titles are also printed by Jarrold.
A Place in the Sun will be available in newsagents including WH Smith and supermarkets.
