New Jarrold snaps up Zee job

New Jarrold Printing has won the contract to print Zee Magazine, a launch for subscribers to the Asian Zee TV network.

The Norwich firm will print the quarterly 128pp title, with a print run of 100,000, while London-based Graphic Facilities will take on repro. "We went out and got quotes but we've got a good working relationship with both Jarrolds and Graphics, who we've been working with for seven years," said Liam Curry, production manager at Profile Pursuit.

The lifestyle magazine is set for a launch in June and will be mailed to the 100,000 subscribers to the four-channel Zee Network in the UK.

The publisher hopes that the magazine will reach as many as 1m readers. Editorially it will cover finance, property, fashion, the arts, sport and comedy.

New Jarrold Printing was formed following a buyout by Jarrold & Sons in January this year by a management team which brought 25m of investment to the firm.
