The deal to sell the large-format screen and digital print firm will not be finalised until the end of November and joint managing director Benedict Clark has said he will remain with the company, running the day-to-day business as operations director.
Clark currently has a 50% shareholding in Multigraphics, but this will drop to around 10% if the sale goes through. His brother, Matthew, also joint managing director, owns the other 50%, but he will not stay with the firm.
The sale could involve the business moving premises, but Clark was clear that there would no job losses among its 70 staff.
Multigraphics increased its turnover by over 10% in 2001 to 4.4m, and this has since grown by a further 64% to around 7.2m, according to Clark.
