Rogerson, who is also the shadow spokesman for the party on communities and local government, visited the Cornwall-based company on 1 September.
KCS managing director Terrye Teverson said: "It's vital that everyone working with products that come from timber make a commitment to responsible management.
"These certifications mean that I know people in far away places are not being thrown off their land to provide paper products."
She added: "That's why I am so keen to be part of the Chain of Custody system so we know where the paper pulp is being sourced."
KCS specialises in peel-out labels and cards for business forms. It has recently invested heavily in digital print, allowing full personalisation in colour print to produce large banners, signs and posters.
The company is also working on achieving ISO14001 status over the next few months.
