The positive period has enabled the Milton Keynes-based manufacturer to increase its production staff by 50%, taking the total number of employees to more than 100.
Commenting on the company's record first quarter, managing director Quen Baum said lead times had extended to around 16 weeks due to the demand, leading to the additional recruitment.
He said: "The additional recruitment has enabled us to double production of our most popular products, including the DigiFold and AutoCreaser, in order to meet the increased demand."
Morgana's export percentage is now up to around 80%, with the US, Australia and Western Europe increasing in recent months.
However, the company is also seeing increased demand from new territories. Baum said: "We are delighted by the performance of our distributors in a number of emerging markets, including Poland and a number of North African territories.
"Given recent fluctuations in the economy we have to remain cautious, and be aware that this excellent trend will not continue without a strong and consistent sales and marketing effort in all of our markets. We hope that the imminent release of several enhanced, updated and improved products will help to further stimulate sales in all markets."
