Following its Drupa launch, the DigiFold 5000P combined creaser/folder has passed the 100 sales mark, while the DigiCoater has also notched up impressive sales, with 30 units ordered since the June event.
Yet despite the company's global success, the UK market may be showing the effects of the economic slowdown, with Morgana reporting that it has sent the majority of orders overseas.
According to the Milton Keynes-based company, the success of the 5000P, which is the latest in the long-standing DigiFold series, is down to the fact that it can operate at four times the original machine's speed.
The 5000P also takes bigger sheet sizes than its predecessor and adds perforating as a standard feature.
Managing director Quen Baum said: "We developed our patented DynaCrease technology for this product and this enables us to offer the user the ability to make nine creases on nine sheets in just nine seconds."
